• WHAT'S A SLUG HUNT?

  The Slug Hunt is a fun family event that helps raise money for your local art center!

  Participants buy a slug hunting licenses and are then presented with a scavenger hunt map to locate tokens throughout local parks.

  The tokens can then be traded for an adorable ceramic slug of your choosing.

• INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HUNT

  1. Purchase your Slug Hunting License

  2. Head out anytime between 10am-3pm on the day of the hunt

  3. Search Monroe and Snohomish Public Parks for Slug Tokens (tokens are 2” wide ceramic disks. You’ll know it when you find it!) —We will email a map of what parks to those who have purchased slug hunting license!

  4. Once found, bring your tokens to BAC and present your hunting license to a Burkhead Volunteer

  5. Choose your new friend from a selection of one-of-a-kind hand painted Slugs. No two are the same!

  6. Live happily ever after with your new Slug Buddy!
